    And tajine is a typical Berber kind of meal that was made at the beginning with wild boar. Since the Muslim conquest, the wild boar has been replaced with lamb.
    Pork is indeed a very good choice for a tajine, because pork is closer to wild boar than lamb, and the taste is much better.
